Med Plasty subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. This policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
2. How to cancel
The clinic owner can cancel by contacting us through our contact page, or, for a subscription bought online, from Settings > Billing in the dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid; the clinic then moves to the Free plan, and its patients and simulations are kept.
3. Renewals and unused images
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly billing period until cancelled. No refund or credit is given for part of a billing period, for unused images, or for a renewal that was not cancelled before it was charged.
4. When we refund
If you pay online and we cannot provide the account you paid for, we refund that payment. Nothing in this policy limits a right to a refund that applicable law gives you and that cannot be waived. If you believe you are owed a refund, contact us and we will review it.
