AI Cheek Filler Simulator
Cheek filler is the treatment patients most fear will look "done". Show them the opposite on their own face: a higher, better-defined cheekbone at 1, 2 or 3 ml per side, with the apple of the cheek left alone.
What it simulates
Each dose matches a real single-session volume of high G-prime hyaluronic acid, placed on bone at the lateral cheek.
Around 1 mm of added cheekbone projection. The patient looks rested and lifted, never filled.
Around 2 mm of projection and lift with a restored Ogee curve. Clearly visible side by side, and the patient still looks their age.
Full structural correction with roughly 8 to 10 years younger midface volume. The patient stays instantly recognisable.
Volume goes to the zygomatic arch and malar eminence, the lift points taught in MD Codes training. The apple of the cheek (Ck3) gets none.
The new contour is revealed by the light already in the photo. No highlighter sheen, glow or painted shadow.
Cheek support and tear trough filler are often planned together. Stack both on the same photo.
Clinical limits
Over-volumised cheeks are the fastest way to lose a patient's trust. The simulation rejects every failure a reviewing injector would flag.

Not in the simulation. Volume is placed on the cheekbone to lift it, not outwards, and a widened face is treated as a failed result.
On bone at the lateral cheek (MD Codes Ck1 and Ck2), which lifts the midface. The apple of the cheek is not filled, which is what prevents the pillow-face look.
Lifting the cheek can support the area below the eye, but the cheek simulation leaves the under-eye exactly as it is. To show the tear trough itself, add the under-eye filler simulation on top.
