What it simulates
Nose filler is a camouflage treatment: it adds volume in the right places so the line of the nose reads straighter. The simulator shows exactly that.
Filler placed above and below a hump makes the bridge read as one straight, smooth line.
A small depression along the bridge is filled so the line from the root of the nose to the tip looks continuous.
Subtle, moderate and dramatic doses, so the patient can see how much change a larger volume brings.
The result is clearest from the side. Use a profile photo for the most useful before and after.
From the front, the change is only a subtle straightening, which is what the patient will see in the mirror.
Add chin filler to the same photo to show a balanced profile, since the nose and chin are judged together.
Clinical limits
Consumer apps happily shrink noses. That is a surgical result, and promising it from filler is misleading. Med Plasty will not do it.

Common questions
Not honestly. Filler adds volume, so it can straighten and smooth the bridge but it cannot reduce the size of the nose. Med Plasty only simulates what filler can realistically achieve.
A side-profile photo. The change to the bridge line is clearest in profile, while the front view shows only a subtle straightening.
No. The simulation keeps tip shape, projection and rotation unchanged and only refines the line of the bridge.
It is designed for non-surgical rhinoplasty with filler. It deliberately will not simulate reductions that only surgery can achieve.
