Nasolabial fillers, 1.5 ml HA at moderate dose, simulated. Simulations are a consultation aid showing a clinically plausible outcome. They are not a guarantee of results.
Treatment zones
Lips are dosed in millilitres. The other zones have up to three doses (subtle, moderate and dramatic), matched to real injection volumes.
From 0.5 to 5 ml, in natural, heart or round shape. Dosed by the millilitre, as you would plan it.
A lateral lift from the zygoma (MD Codes Ck1 and Ck2) that restores the Ogee curve without filling the apple of the cheek.
The tear trough hollow fills and the shadow it casts lifts, while eye shape stays exactly the same.
Forward projection of about 1 to 3 mm, assessed against the Ricketts E-line on the side profile.
A sharper mandibular border and a cleaner jaw-to-neck line, without narrowing or widening the face.

The folds soften visibly but are never flattened, because real filler does not erase them.
Temple hollows are restored for a smoother contour from the brow to the cheekbone.
